Privacy Policy

In compliance with the provisions of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of April 27, 2016.Regarding the protection of individuals with respect to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (GDPR), we are pleased to present the new version of our store’s privacy policy.

1. Lady's Nails Cosmetics, as the controller of personal data within the meaning of the GDPR, collects and processes only the necessary customer data and makes every effort to ensure that it does not fall into the wrong hands.
2. Registering with the store requires providing personal information and is completely free and voluntary.Providing data is a matter of the user’s free will and informed choice; at the same time, it is necessary for the proper fulfillment of the order in accordance with Art..Section 6, paragraph 1, subparagraph b
3. The purpose of the data collection by the controller is to properly fulfill orders, improve service quality, and inform customers about new products via m.in.monthly newsletters, handling day-to-day correspondence regarding store operations, as well as for analytical purposes.
4. To improve the protection of personal data provided during registration at the store, Lady’s Nails has appointed:

• The Data Protection Officer, Mr. Mariusz Kołatek (m.kolatek@ladys-nails.eu)

The tasks assigned to the designated individuals are specified in Article.24 and Art..39

5. Every customer who provides the administrator with their personal data has the right to:
• the right to access your personal data pursuant to Art..15
• the right to rectify data pursuant to Art..16
• the right to restrict processing pursuant to Article.18
• the right to data portability pursuant to Art..20
• the right to object pursuant to Art..21
• the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing pursuant to Article.22
• the right to have data erased and to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data pursuant to Article.17.

The data of a customer exercising their right to erasure is deleted from the data controller’s database immediately; however, documents relating to previous transactions will be stored in the data controller’s archive for a period of 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax payment deadline for the transaction in question expired (Art..(Section 70 of the Tax Code).

A customer who wishes to exercise any of their rights should notify the data controller of this fact by email (m.musiol@ladys-nails.eu)

6. The data collected by the data controller is stored for the following period:
• 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax payment deadline for the last transaction carried out for the customer expired, if transactions were concluded;
• 5 years from the date of the customer's last login, if the customer is active in the store but does not make any purchases.
• 26 months for data collected via Google Analytics

If a customer has left a review for a purchased product, their information will be retained for as long as the reviewed product remains in the store's inventory.

7. Running a business that relies on sales through websites involves sharing certain personal data with third parties.  Lady’s Nails Cosmetics uses the services of, and therefore shares certain data with, entities such as:

• Polish Post Headquarters S.A.with its registered office in Warsaw, at 8 Rodziny Hiszpańskich St., 00-940 Warsaw – postal shipments
• DPD Package Zone sp.featuring.o.Headquartered in Warsaw, at 15 Mineralna St., 02-274 Warsaw – courier services
• IAI S.A, with its registered office in Szczecin, Aleja Piastów 30, 71-064 Szczecin – operator of IdoSell Shop, provider of the software that powers the store’s website
• Financial and Accounting Firm General Partnership, with its registered office in Żory at ul. Sądowa 3/3, 44-240 Żory—the firm that handles the accounting for Lady’s Nails Cosmetics.
• ComVision Sp.featuring.o.Headquartered in Gliwice at ul. Toszecka 101, 44-100 Gliwice – a company that provides telemarketing tools.
8. The online store also uses cookies for the following purposes:
• to tailor the content of websites to user preferences and optimize the user experience;
• compiling statistics that help us understand how website users interact with web pages, which allows us to better tailor the site to users' needs:;
• maintaining the user's session on the website, so that the user does not have to re-enter their username and password on every subpage of the site.
9. Personal Data Security Policies:
• The online store uses encrypted data transmission, ensuring that user data sent between the user's computer and the store is secured by an SSL certificate;
• The data is stored on secure servers and computers.
